In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price and issue a full refund.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraud

• Incomplete payment verification

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Many Alexa Kusulas pieces are created exclusively upon purchase.

Production timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept these production conditions.

6. SHIPPING

We offer domestic and international shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Requests regarding damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
